大变身计划~~
每天一定要吃yogurt一罐,
帮助消化可以平腹。
我的重点,有三层肉。
香蕉有饱感。
不吃饭,吃菜,面米粉。
少吃多餐。
瘦身衣不能少,每天都要穿
晚上时要搽lotion,保持皮肤的quality。
每天一定要做一次mask,忙都要
每天都要做运动。
目标:50kg
腰围:25inchi
读书也要最好的~~
全部都要80%完美!!
加油!!
我一定可以!!!
